RETIRED USDA CHEMIST; these gentlemen are EXACTLY CORRECT about what the meat industry does to meat & USDA allows them to do it! From my point of view, USDA “WORKS for the Meat Industry” rather than Actually “Regulating it”! You pay taxes & your taxes pay USDA to “WORK for the meat industry” & “NOT WORK FOR YOU”! The Government is supposed to “Work for YOU, the PEOPLE”!
